Amber is the engine, the energy, and the joy behind Ice Ice Baby. A single mom of three and a full-time entrepreneur, Amber pours her heart into every part of the business—from dreaming up wild new flavor combos to serving up smiles at events all over Calgary.
What started as a fun idea on a family road trip quickly turned into something much bigger: a way to connect with the community, create unforgettable moments, and build something meaningful with her kids by her side. Her youngest, Charlie, even created one of their best-selling flavors—Sour Patch Kids!
Amber's passion for customer service, her love of fun, and her dedication to building something her family can be proud of are at the core of everything she does. Whether she’s running the truck, managing the schedule, or making a customer laugh, Amber brings light, laughter, and heart to every moment.
